EMERGICON, the largest EMS and ambulance billing company in Texas, has recently expanded its roster of chief officers with the promotion of Tiffany Pearson, CAC, CAPO. Tiffany is the first chief officer to be named after the Founder and CEO Christopher Turner.

Tiffany joined EMERGICON in November 2019 and has ascended the ranks of operational leadership, from leading individual teams to taking the role of Integrator, as defined by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Tiffany’s impressive climb is the result of her belief that you shouldn’t sit on your gift. “If you live every day sharing your gifts,” Tiffany said, “the things that come naturally to you – opportunities will open. You might not expect to see opportunities from where you are right now, but that’s not your job. A person’s job is to give of their gifts. The rest will follow.”

Tiffany’s guiding leadership principle can be summarized as “One Team, One Sound.” This rallying cry has aligned leaders, teams, and the company around EMERGICON’s core values and proven process.

Prior to joining EMERGICON, Tiffany managed Billing, Patient Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Cash posting, and Denial management departments and drove results of increased revenue by finding process improvements. Tiffany has been a Healthcare professional for over 25 years.

“People are my passion; you must focus on your employees to have a successful company.  Taking the time to get to know your leaders, managers and employees is essential.  Working with a CEO with great vision has been very rewarding as it relates to translating vision to reality.”

EMERGICON, founded in 2006, exists to serve first responders, so they can serve their communities. Through EMS and ambulance billing, strategic consulting, and industry-leading analytics, EMERGICON serves more EMS agencies in the state of Texas than any other EMS billing company.
