Christopher Turner, MHA
Christopher is the Founder and CEO of EMERGICON. He started EMERGICON in 2006 with a two-person team and a big vision to reduce the burden of lifesaving care. Christopher is a Texas native, published author, and seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance. Christopher holds a BSBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and an MHA in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
Tiffany Pearson, CAC, CAPO
Tiffany is the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at EMERGICON. Tiffany has made a positive impact on our operations since she joined in 2019. Her commitment to people-centric leadership and continuous improvement has driven increased revenue growth. Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Memphis, with more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management. She's also a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) and a Certified Ambulance Privacy Officer (CAPO).
Seth Coussens, MBA
Seth is the Chief Information Officer at EMERGICON. Seth’s ability to strategically apply technology to bring efficiency to important processes has made a difference for EMERGICON in so many ways since he joined in 2019. Seth is a graduate of both Iowa State and St. Thomas in Houston, Texas as well as a veteran of the US Army, where he served in the Infantry.
Rahim Fancy
Rahim is the Vice President of Finance at EMERGICON. With a background in healthcare finance, Rahim carries a strategic skill set to lead EMERGICON's Finance, Accounting, Sales, Quality Management, and Human Resources teams. Rahim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and brings over 12 years of experience in the field.
Becky Baugh, CAC, CACO
Becky Baugh is the Director of Client Success at EMERGICON. She has been with the company for approximately 10 years in a variety of roles and currently leads the Client Success and Marketing teams. Native Texan with over two decades of experience in medical revenue cycle management, Becky is a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) and a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO).
Brent Irving, FSCEO, EMT-P
Brent Irving is the Director of Client Development at EMERGICON. He has over 30 years of experience in public safety, including serving as Division Chief of EMS for the City of Grapevine. Throughout his career, Brent received many awards and, alongside his team, developed an EMS delivery system that many departments in Texas have mirrored. Brent retired from emergency services in 2020 but still maintains many industry certifications, such as EMT-P, all TCFO certificates, and an FSCEO from Texas A&M Mays School of Business.
Chris Ross
Chris Ross is the Director of Product Analytics at EMERGICON. He architects the strategic vision and leads a skilled team of analysts and data scientists. Together, they develop and maintain sophisticated analytic products, driving significant customer and internal business analytics advancements. Chris has nearly three decades of enterprise technology experience and is a five-time Microsoft MVP winner.
Nicole Rhone, CPCO, NCICS
Nicole Rhone is the Director of Compliance at EMERGICON. She has been with the company for over 7 years, sharing her understanding of the intricacies of EMS billing and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. A native Texan with 15 years of experience in the field, Nicole holds an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Coding and Revenue Cycle Management, as well as other prestigious certifications, including Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and Nationally Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist (NCICS).
Shannan Turner, CAPO
Shannan Turner is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at EMERGICON. Carrying 10 years of experience in the EMS billing industry, Shannan possesses the suitable skill set to lead the departments in Operations and EmergiFire. She's been with the company since 2020 in various roles, always working towards optimizing workflows. Shannan is a Certified Ambulance Privacy Officer (CAPO) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fort Hays State University.
